Experience the most remarkable archeological discovery of the last century: the oldest surviving manuscripts of the Hebrew Bible, known to Christians as the Old Testament. Explore the history and significance of the scrolls and discover the mystery of how they were created more than 2,000 years ago. In addition to the scrolls, this exhibition also features a multitude of artifacts from Qumran, the community near where the scrolls were discovered.

The Dead Sea Scrolls exhibition is a joint production of Union Station Kansas City and the Israel Antiquities Authority. Artifacts, curation and conservation were provided by the Israel Antiquities Authority. Union Station could not have hosted this wonderful exhibit without the generous support of hundreds of donors in our community.
