Bring your group to the center of the city!
As a centrally-located attraction, Union Station is a great place to begin your exploration of Kansas City. Walk in The Link, a covered walkway, to Crown Center, where you’ll find restaurants, shops and two luxury hotels. Check out the Liberty Memorial, directly south of the Station, and the only national WWI monument. Visit the City’s art district, the Crossroads, by crossing the Freight House Bridge on the north side of the Station, and enjoy downtown’s newest attraction, the Power and Light District, only blocks away. And the Country Club Plaza, one of Kansas City’s most popular districts, is within a five-minute drive from the Station.
Union Station is also accessible by Amtrak, motor coach and taxi, and is about 20 minutes from the Kansas City International Airport.
