Q: Once purchased, when does my membership become active?
A: Your membership is good immediately. Even if you have not yet received your membership card, you only have to provide your name at Ticketing and we are able to locate your membership in our system and provide you with your benefits. This includes member discounts to City Stage shows and traveling exhibits.
Q: How long does it take to receive my membership card?
A: Please allow 7-10 days for your membership card to arrive by mail. Remember, your membership is active immediately when purchased. You may provide your last name at Ticketing to receive your benefits, if you do not have your membership card.
Q: As a member, may I skip the Ticketing counter and go directly to an attraction?
A: Members attending Science City, KC Rail Experience or the Model Railroad Experience may go directly to the attraction entrance without a stop at Ticketing.
