‘Jerusalem,’ National Geographic’s film on the holy city, now playing at Union Station

September 22, 2014

Five years in the making, National Geographic’s stunning “Jerusalem” has arrived in Kansas City. Begun on a barren rock considered near to God, sacred to three religions that make up half the world’s population, this ancient crossroads city and its holy sites have been photographed as never before.

The 45-minute film, presented in 3-D on the Extreme Screen at Union Station, is narrated by British star Benedict Cumberbatch and three young women representing the Jewish, Muslim and Christian quarters of the city.

Tickets are $6 for all ages, with groups of 15 or more starting at $5. See Jerusalem event info for more details.
