The gift of Membership to Union Station is guaranteed to please, with great savings to year-round attractions and special touring exhibitions. Gift memberships are sold as gift cards. When the recipient is ready to redeem your gift, they can go online and pick the membership that best suits their family.

Yes! You can apply the value of your recently purchased admission toward a membership.
To purchase a membership using the value of your tickets, call 816-460-2231 or email [email protected].
Yes! You can add additional family members to eligible memberships at any time for $30 per person, up to the maximum allowed for your membership level.
Yes! You can upgrade your membership at any time by applying the value of your current membership toward a higher level. Your upgrade price will be prorated based on your current expiration date.

The spirit of a Union Station membership is for the benefits to be used by the family members listed on the membership. Benefits such as Science City admission are intended for those named members and cannot be used by guests who are not included on the membership.
An exception is available for Premium Members. Complimentary exhibit tickets and Holiday Reflections tickets may be shared with anyone, so you’re welcome to reserve those and pass them along to family or friends.
Membership cards are delivered digitally by email.
You can:
- Save your card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet
- Save a screenshot to your phone
- Print the email if you prefer a paper copy
Need another copy? You can resend your digital membership card by logging into your account at ticket.unionstation.org. You’ll create a password the first time you sign in.
Premium members receive complimentary guest passes for Traveling Exhibitions, Science City, and the Planetarium, plus parking validations and other exclusive benefits.
- Guest passes can be reserved by calling 816-460-2231 or by visiting the Box Office on Level B during business hours.
- Parking validations must be picked up at the Box Office during business hours and are not valid during event parking.
Yes! Gift memberships are available as gift vouchers and can be purchased online.
When your recipient redeems the voucher, their 12-month membership begins, allowing them to choose the membership level that best fits their family.

Memberships support Union Station’s nonprofit mission and are considered tax-deductible contributions.
Because of this, membership purchases and Annual Fund donations are non-refundable.
