Summer Camp

Science City Summer Camp 2019

Science City Summer Camp sparks interest in STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and math) learning through interactive, challenging and FUN activities! Science City Summer Camp provides a fun, hands-on environment to explore exciting STEAM topics for kids ages 6-12. Each week, campers engage in programs that teach life science, physical science, art and innovation!


Monday-Friday: 9AM – 4PM
FREE Early/Late Care: 7:30AM – 5:30PM


Eligible students must be between the ages of 6 - 12 and have completed kindergarten.

The themes for 2019 Science City Summer Camp include:

June 3-7

Water, Water, Everywhere

It’s a gas. It’s a liquid. It’s a solid. And it’s EVERYWHERE. Roll up your sleeves and prepare to experience it like never before. (Warning: You Might Get a Little Wet!) 

June 10-14

Ancient Adventures

Time machines are ready to travel back to the prehistoric where monuments of stone and limestone were built, dinosaurs roamed, and the internet didn’t exist. Are YOU Ready?

June 17-21

Up, Up, Here We 

Engineering, technology, physics and more – can you hypothesize how far up we can soar when these sciences work together?

June 24 – 28

Our Amazing Brain!

Our Neurons are Firing! Analyze, examine and discover our most complex organ that controls all of our senses and reactions — Our Amazing Brain.

July 9 - 12

Scientist’s Laboratory   

Lab coats and safety glasses at the ready. Let’s prepare to reveal the surprising solutions and mad mixes of… chemistry!

Small Step, Giant Leap into Space!

Celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Moon Landing and explore the unknowns of outer space, the cosmos and all the fun of astronomy.

Coding Crusaders

With and without technology, unlock the code. Decipher messages, invent new ones and explore new ways to solve the mystery of coding.
