UNION STATION ATTRACTIONS REOPENING:

Welcome back to Union Station and our award-winning attractions.

This carefully managed reopening comes with enhanced health, safety and hygiene procedures in place.  Note that any public location where people are present provides an inherent risk of Exposure to COVID-19 and we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit.

Like you, Union Station – since reopening – has focused on the most current guidance from National, State and Local health authorities.  We’ve altered many of our previous best-practices and continue making adjustments in order to meet or exceed recommendations regarding a comfortable and confident guest experience.

Toward that end, we have a mandatory mask rule for ALL guests in ALL public spaces, including ALL of our attractions.  The only exception is during sit-down dining where safe social distancing is possible.  Masks MUST cover both nose and mouth.  Guests not willing or able to follow this mandate should postpone their visit to Union Station.

Additionally, we are well below the 50% capacity guideline in ALL of our attractions in order to promote and facilitate safe social distancing.  A good example of this is in our Extreme Screen Theatre which normally seats over 400 guests.  Currently, no more than 100 tickets are sold per movie showing.  Of course, it’s still essential that each guest respect and practice distancing around themselves and all members of their family in all of our spaces.

As for our new “Holiday Reflections” experience -- opening daily starting November 21st -- this is being presented in our spacious indoor Grand Plaza.  And as a ticketed visit, we will be carefully monitoring the number of guests in the space at any one time and keeping that total at or below the most current recommended capacities.  Masks MUST be worn in this walk-through village and social distancing will be reinforced with multiple signs and reminders.  Again, we will need EVERY guest to respect and practice distancing around their families.

Finally, we are STRONGLY encouraging advance, online ticket purchases to all attractions.  This greatly helps us forecast and manage for the best guest experience possible.  For “Holiday Reflections”, our expectation is that weekends will be the busiest.  If your schedule allows you to visit on a weekday, we encourage you to do so.  If a weekend is your only option, we’ll ask for your patience and participation in maintaining a confident experience for your family and all of our guests.  These are extraordinary times and require each of us to be an active part of the solution.

As attraction schedules and capacities may change, please watch both our Union Station website and social channels for the latest detail available.
